Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Hawija Gaming (the “Game”). The Game is developed and published by Sezar Kamleh (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Permission to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. We keep ownership of the Game itself — the code, art, audio, names and logos. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the Game, and you may not modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Your account
Online features require signing in with an Epic Games account. That account belongs to you and is governed by Epic’s own terms. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done through your account while you are signed in is treated as done by you. You can sign out from the Game’s main menu at any time.
3. How to behave online
The Game puts you in a shared world with other players. While playing, do not:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised software to gain an advantage;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
- impersonate another person, or use a display name that is offensive or misleading;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or to Epic’s or Xsolla’s services;
- use the Game for anything unlawful.
If you break these rules we may restrict or end your access to online features. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
4. Purchases and in-game items
The Game is free to play. It may offer optional in-game items, sold through Xsolla, which handles the payment. We never see or store your card details.
In-game items are a licence to use them inside the Game. They are not your property, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game. Refunds are handled under Xsolla’s refund process and under the consumer law that applies where you live — if something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
5. The Game will change
Hawija Gaming is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features, worlds, and items, and we may take servers offline for maintenance. If we decide to shut the online services down permanently, we will give reasonable notice on this website and stop selling in-game items before we do.
6. Your content
Anything you type or create in the Game stays yours. By putting it into the Game you allow us to store it, show it to other players, and moderate it so the Game can work as intended. We may remove content that breaks section 3.
7. No warranty
The Game is provided as it is. We work to keep it stable and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and online play depends on services and networks we do not control.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. You keep every right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
9. Ending access
You may stop playing and uninstall the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we are required to by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the publisher is established. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you the right to.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will update the date at the top and let you know in the Game before the change takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
