Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the game Hawija Gaming (the “Game”) collects, why, and what happens to it. The Game is developed and published by Sezar Kamleh (“we”, “us”).
1. What we collect
We do not collect your email address, your real name, your password, or any payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Xsolla; card details never reach us.
2. Services we use
- Epic Online Services (Epic Games, Inc.) — account sign-in and online features. When you sign in, Epic shows you exactly what the Game is asking for and you can decline. Epic’s handling of your data is described in the Epic Games Privacy Policy.
- Xsolla (Xsolla Inc.) — the in-game store and payment processing. See the Xsolla Privacy Policy.
These providers process data under their own policies. We only receive from them what is listed in section 1.
3. How we use it
Only to provide the Game: signing you in, saving progress, running online matches, operating the store, and preventing cheating or abuse. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Other players see your Epic display name during a match. Beyond the service providers in section 2, we share information only if the law requires it or to protect the Game and its players from abuse.
5. How long we keep it
Account, progress, and purchase records are kept while your account exists. Connection logs are kept for a short period for security and then deleted. If you delete your account (section 6), the data we hold about you is deleted within 30 days, except where we must keep purchase records for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your choices
- Sign out at any time from the Game’s main menu. This also stops the Game from signing you in automatically.
- Manage your Epic account, including which applications can access it, at epicgames.com/account/connections.
- Ask us to delete your data, or to see what we hold, by contacting us (section 9). We will reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to correct or export your data. Contact us and we will help.
7. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your country’s law), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Epic Games accounts have their own age requirements and parental controls. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data sent between the Game and Epic or Xsolla is encrypted in transit. We keep the information we hold to the minimum needed to run the Game and restrict who can access it.
